Apple's new slim iPhone model – iPhone 17 Air's alleged battery details have leaked online. According to tipster Majin Bu, the battery on the upcoming iPhone 17 Air model will feature a 'compact and refined design'. The leakster claims that the handset may have a battery capacity of 2,900mAh, "a choice aimed at achieving a slimmer profile, consistent with Apple's Air aesthetic." Similar to the iPhone 16 Pro, the battery on iPhone 17 Air may be housed in a steel case to improve heat dissipation and battery density. Majin Bu also shared images of the battery case that shows an L-shaped design, which fits the reduced logic board of the iPhone 17 Air. Further, similar to other models under the iPhone 17 series, iPhone 17 Air will feature new battery adhesives, making replacement easier.
