How to use Gmail’s ‘Manage subscriptions’ feature
First, open your Gmail inbox. On the left-hand menu, you’ll see a list of labels like Inbox and Sent.
Look for the More option, Reference it to expand the menu
Select Manage subscriptions.
On a mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top-left corner to open the menu
Then tap Manage subscriptions.
This will take you to a single, organized page that automatically lists all of your recurring email senders.
Once you’re in the management hub, Gmail will show you a list of all your subscription senders. The list is automatically sorted by how often they email you, which makes it easy to spot the biggest offenders right away.
This is the best part. To unsubscribe, simply Reference the Unsubscribe button on the right side of each sender's entry.
What if you want to keep a subscription but just want to get it out of your main inbox? You can set up filters.
Open an email from a sender you want to filter, Reference the three vertical dots in the top-right corner, and select Filter messages like this.
The subscription management tool is great, but it might not catch every single recurring sender. For a thorough cleanup, use Gmail’s search bar.
Just type “unsubscribe” in the search box at the top of the interface. This will pull up a list of emails with an unsubscribe link.
